關于EVUS登記，填寫信息時第一步就過不去怎么辦？

我正在更新EVUS，填寫信息時第一頁就過不去，怎么回事？
我先寫完我的護照信息和簽證號，點擊下一步之后遇到錯誤提醒信息如下：
Visa is not valid or cannot be found - The B1/B2 Visa Foil Number you entered does not match our records for one of the following reasons:
? The B1/B2 Visa Foil Number or Passport Number is incorrect. Make sure you are entering the document numbers correctly.
OR
? Your Visa has expired. Check the Visa expiration date on your Visa.
OR
? The B1/B2 Visa Foil Number you entered is not a U.S. visitor Visa. Make sure you are entering the B1/B2 Visa Foil Number for a Class B1, B2 or B1/B2 Visa.
請問這到底是什么意思？
來回檢查了自己的信息確認沒有填寫錯，而且嘗試換了好幾個瀏覽器和電腦，甚至讓我在不同城市的朋友也幫試了下，都沒有成功，請問這個怎么解決？

根據申請人的問題，我們發現有不少申請人遇到同樣的問題，因此與美國駐華大使館以及EVUS客服中心都聯系咨詢了，以下為官方的回復。
美國駐華大使館回復：美國海關和邊境保護局已經意識到了這一問題，正在抓緊解決。希望到11月7日星期一可以解決此問題。
EVUS客服中心郵件的反饋：
We identified some minor errors in our system. These technical difficulties are the reason that you were unable to proceed with submitting your EVUS enrollment. We plan to have these errors corrected by November 29, 2016 which is the date that it is mandatory to have a valid EVUS enrollment. At this time, you are still eligible to travel to the U.S. without EVUS.? We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you.
因此申請人可以等11月7日之后再進行登記。
另外，我們同時也收到有其他申請人的反應：中文界面過不去，用英文界面成功登記了。如申請人著急出行，且自己的語言能力也沒有問題，可以嘗試使用英文界面登記填寫信息。
