附件為愛旅行網整理的催簽信內容參考樣本，每年因各種理由有許多簽證申請人要求加急申請簽證，但是很多使館并沒有加急流程，因此需要申請人給使館寫信催簽。

 

1.先發第一則，沒有效果的話再將第一則第二天再發一遍。

2.仍舊沒有效果的話過7天將第二則發過去，之后每3天一次。

To whom it may concern,（一定要這樣寫，不能寫dear ×××） 

My name is ××××（英文大寫名+姓）, D.O.B is ××/××/19×× （生日：日月年）and the File number is CLF2007/13××××. 

I am writing to inquire about my visa processing status, as the start date of my study program is 1st Feb （開學日期）and the deadline date (18 Jan.) （你發郵件的當天日期加10）of my airline ticket payment is coming soon. If I fail to pay before this due date, it will be very hard for me to get the airline ticket in time.

Also I do need a certain period of time to arrange accomodations  in Sydney （你所上課的城市）before classes start.

I do understand that you are very busy with applications during this period, but I still hope that you might help me with my case. So could you please do me a favor and look into my case and update the visa status for me?Looking forward to your reply~.

I have to also secure living accommodations prior to the start of my studies. 

I am well aware that you are very busy with the cases of many other applicants during this time period; however, I am hoping and pleading that you might help me out by updating my visa status as soon as possible before I forfeit my chances of being part of the study program that begins on the first of February in Sydney.

根據愛旅行網多年的工作經驗，愛旅行網給所有催簽人一些催簽信的內容提示：

1.關于郵件標題，盡量注明簽證受理號，申請人姓名和簽證種類，方便簽證官查找申請人的簽證。

2.催簽信內容要簡明扼要，建議包括以下幾部分信息：
A，申請人信息（姓名、生日、護照號碼、受理號）
B，希望哪天拿到簽證和理由（此部分不用內容太多，最好有書面的證明文件）
C，感謝。
D，證明文件

綜上所訴，催簽信簡明扼要，需要簽證官用最短的時間理解您的催簽理由，千萬不要長篇大論，簽證官沒有那么多的時間仔細看您的郵件。
最好有證明理由的附件文件如機票訂單、繳費單等等文件，這樣會更有利。
